Lake Dolores Water Park

Also known as Rock-A-Hoola Water Park, this amusement park is located smack dab in the middle of the Mojave Desert. Originally constructed by a local businessman for his family in the 1950’s, it eventually expanded in to a proper waterpark. It was well attended throughout the 70’s and 80’s, but by the 90’s, attendance was down.
By 2004, the park was closed and left to the elements.
