The story has it that the famous singer had it out for Jennifer Lopez due to something her ex-husband did! The man, Tommy Mottola, supposedly tried to give J.Lo a song sample that he knew Mariah Carey had used before. Yikes! Talk about stealing. However, it seems like Mariah Carey did not turn her glare toward her ex-husband but rather had hard feelings toward her fellow singer.
When asked about J.Lo in an interview, she cut her down to size by saying, “I don’t know her,” accompanied with a smile and shaking her head. Talk about being salty…
And it doesn’t stop here, Mariah Carey was feuding with Eminem too!
You wouldn’t think that one of the queens of pop and iconic Christmas songs would be fighting with a rapper, but it happened! The two have gone back and forth for years, arguing about whether or not they dated back in the day. It’s something very silly to argue over if you ask us, but it apparently mattered a lot to both of them.
The singer had the last word in the end, as she put out a diss track against Eminem, which later became a hit that everyone recognizes, “Obsessed”! She definitely got the last laugh there!
