Why the lab-leak theory is beginning to seem real now
Well, there was an email from January 2020 sent to Anthony Fauci from the director of the country’s largest biomedical research facility, claiming that there are certain unusual features of the virus that leave the impression that it is created in a lab. The director also added that they will discuss more over the phone.
Another email from 2020, sent by Francis Collins, the director of the National Institute of Health mentioned a subject called the ‘conspiracy gains momentum’ and Fauci’s response to this email is fully redacted.
However, Fauci explained in May 2021 that he’s still not convinced that the virus is ‘engineered’, adding that there’s a need for further investigation.
