Iowa is also one of the states that implemented restrictions to stop the spread of the virus. According to Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds, starting from Nov. 10, all indoor gatherings will be limited to 25 people, and outdoor gatherings of more than 100 people are banned in the state unless all attendees wear protective masks.
According to KCCI Des Moines reports, events of more than 10 people must follow social distancing measures and people also need to wear masks and practice social distancing if they want to attend youth and high school sports events. Also, no more than two spectators are allowed per athlete.
These restrictions also apply to salons, barbershops, massage therapy facilities, tattoo shops, and tanning facilities. These restrictions will remain in effect for 30 days, and anyone who doesn’t follow them will face a potential misdemeanor charge. As Reynolds has stated in his press conference, these restrictions were taken to protect the citizen and people need to make sure they don’t defy them.
She also mentioned that these restrictions are a must in order to avoid shutting down businesses across the state. Her exact words were ‘I need all Iowans’ help’. She urges all citizens to take the measures seriously if they want to keep the businesses open in the state if they want their kids to still go to school and have hospitals, clinics, and long-term facilities to treat the non-COVID patients and people in poor health conditions.
6. Utah
As Utah Gov. Gary Herbert said in a statement, a statewide mask mandate will be implemented as of Nov. 9. According to Herbert, masks do not affect the state’s economy and are the easiest and most efficient way to curb the spread of the virus. He knows people won’t be thrilled to hear about this measure, but he states that it’s very important in order to keep the people safe. The laws are there for our protection, just like you stop at a red light in the traffic and wear your seat belt, you need to wear your mask.
In his statement, Herbert also announced a two-week pause regarding all extracurricular activities, excepting high school championship games and college events with sanctioned testing. Additionally, social gatherings are limited to just the people in the same household.
7. Michigan
Michigan has also seen major spikes in the last two weeks, the numbers of coronavirus cases have increased by 118 percent. According to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, all residents need to wear masks when they’re around two or more people in public places including stores, schools, and offices.
Restaurants and bars around the state will continue to stay open, but patrons are required to provide their phone numbers for contact tracing purposes. As Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has said in a recent statement, everyone is oversaturated to hear any more news about COVID-19, but ignoring the problem isn’t going to help either, that’s why restrictions are needed.
8. Rhode Island
Rhode Island has had it pretty rough in both spring and summer, and now the news aren’t so good either. As data from The New York Times has shown, the number of COVID-19 daily cases have increased by 48 percent in the latest weeks. Rhode Island Gov. Gina Raimondo implemented new restrictions in the state, limiting indoor gatherings to a maximum of 10 people and close all indoor sports facilities.

I’m ashamed of Kim Reynolds. Most Iowans have already been doing what is right in public; she honored us by trusting us to do so. Now, she is becoming someone I don’t trust. Around the globe, lockdown populations vs non-lockdown populations are showing quite identical results. So why the lockdowns???
Overall, most are run by Democrats and the ones run by Republicans will do it in a responsible way!

When you see mail in ballots and 99.9% were for Biden it only confirms my suspicion of an illicit campaign. How can we prevent our country from being taken over by Socialism and the Communism?

Haven’t you all heard it has been proven that masks don’t work at all!!!! The survival rate on this virus is about 99.99 on people under 30 and 99.8 on people 35 to 55 and about 98.7 on healthy people 55 to 70. the odds are good above 70 too if you don’t have health problems that predispose you to having more trouble. It is those people of which I am one that needs to stay away from crowds, have your groceries delivered, order some good books delivered from Amazon, try a new recipe or two or garden if you are in a warm state. The majority of people need to get back to work and save our small businesses which are the lifeblood of our country. What we have to WAKE UP to is the Democrat party used fear tactics to hype this virus up to plague proportions to manipulate us into giving up our freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution. No more people have died from this than the flu. They lumped flu deaths in with Covid to up the death count and also heart attack victims, car and motorcycle deaths ect. This whole thing is a sad hoax.
If the medical experts say that’s what we need we need to follow their recommendations to beat this awful vires. That includes Louisiana.

Typical liberal democrat response. You cannot lockdown. People have bills that must be paid. Do you think the government is going to pay your bills. Will you pay my bills. Of course not. I’m going to work, I’ll wear a mask I’ll even wash my hands, but if you think that lockdowns and those things will end this virus you are sadly mistaken.
Masks don’t really work. I’ve done the research. Keeping distance and washing your hands does. Protect the most vulnerable and let the rest of us live our lives normally.
Show the evidence of your research. Masks do work. Why do you think health professionals have been wearing masks all these years while working with their patients during procedures? All the evidence I have seen says they work to reduce the risks….

Trump has been a President of the people.. He has accomplished a lot in the four years he was in office and would have done more if those Democrats had been worried about this country instead of being bought out by China.
