Having important business meetings in person
Before coronavirus, having an important business meeting in person was a must because it showed commitment and provided a crucial time for decision-makers to meet face-to-face. Now, you have to just say no if you care for your own safety and the safety of everyone else.
In fact, “saying no can be the most important thing you do,” says Marilena Petrache, an image consultant and corporate trainer. She advises canceling all of your in-person business meetings in change for a video call or conference call instead.
This change will also turn out to be more time-effective, and it’s an important time to share ideas without putting anyone at risk for contracting the virus. Additionally, it takes the pressure off anyone who wanted to cancel but were worried about doing so.
