Black: Mysticism and magic
You probably wonder, are black roses real? The answer is sort of. Even if they do not actually exist in nature, a black rose is probably a very deep burgundy or purple rose. However, you may find very dark burgundy roses that look like black or simply darkened with dye.
Black roses are very complicated to decipher. Black represents mystery and mysticism to death and mourning because black is seen as a sad color. Even if most of their meanings are negative, black roses are unique and can make an arrangement look really chic, interesting and non-traditionalist.
