On Halloween in Frederica, Delaware, several people drove past a body hanging from a tree, believing it was a decoration. In fact, it was the body of a local 42-year old woman.
She’d been hanging there for several hours before people discovered it was not a decoration. Authorities believe the woman had climbed the tree and hung herself.
