In this gritty and violent drama based on true events, frontiersman Hugh Glass is left for dead by his team following a bear attack – and then sets out for revenge. This story of survival against the odds is surely going to gift wrap Leonardo DiCaprio his first-ever Oscar after going empty-handed on so many occasions.
