The Rock just announced that he and his family have tested positive for COVID-19. He made an Instagram video on this topic, letting his followers know that he, his wife Lauren, and his two daughters Jasmine and Tiana have contracted COVID-19.
He shared with his fans that this was the most difficult thing he and his family had to endure, mentioning that he had gone through a lot of challenging times throughout his personal and professional life. So if Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson says this was one of the hardest things he had ever experienced, I think we should take his word for it and try our best to stay safe.
Also, the worst part about the coronavirus for him was the desire to protect his family and seeing how vulnerable they were in the face of the virus. He and his wife experience a more severe form of COVID-19, while their two daughters recovered pretty quickly. Jasmine and Tiana experienced minor symptoms, a little sore throat that lasted only a few days.
Moreover, he assured his fans that they’re no longer contagious, they are safe and healthy and the worst is over.
The Rock and his family contracted the virus after coming in contact with several infected people. It all happened when some family friends paid him a visit, not knowing they were positive. The Johnsons began developing symptoms a few days after their meeting. He shared that those friends are now “devastated” knowing that they were the ones who passed them the virus. But you can’t blame someone for not knowing.
Especially after months in quarantine and a lot of time spent indoors, it’s normal to feel the desire to connect with close friends and family members, but situations like this show us why it’s so important to limit any type of gathering as much as possible.
Even though he doesn’t blame his guest for contracting the virus, he realized how important it is to be healthy and safe, saying that from now on he’ll be super careful and think twice before having friends over. He also mentioned that greater discipline is needed, suggesting that the people that want to visit their family members and friends should get tested before doing so.
He also urges people to wear a mask, to wash their hands, and social distance as much as possible. Even though you feel like you’re doing everything in your powers to stay safe, this is a highly contagious virus that spreads very easily. He advised people to boost their immune system and try to live a healthy life.
Dwayne shared that both his family and the friends that visited them were very careful, disciplined and followed all the safety measures needed to avoid the virus, however, they still got it.
“The other thing is wear your mask, we have been in quarantine for months, we wear our masks every day. This baffles me that some people out there, including some politicians, will take this idea of wearing a mask and make it a political agenda of a political agenda, politicizing. Dwayne the Rock Johnson and his wife never said they got vaccinated. If they did not get vaccinated then it is pure evil for Dwayne the Rock Johnson to say he and his wife are not contagious anymore. Dwayne the Rock Johnson talks about some ways to lower the risk of getting COVID. He does not discuss the most important means of preventing getting COVID and preventing the transmission of COVID which is to get vaccinated. Dwayne the Rock’s guests were probably not vaccinated and ARE to blame for passing it to Dwayne the Rock and the Rock’s wife and kids. These guests knew they were not vaccinated. This is also Dwayne the Rock and his wife’s fault for making their kids sick and getting sick because they were not vaccinated. People who recover from COVID then say they can’t get it again because they had it or are immune to it are EVIL. People who have had COVID and recovered from it without gettin vaccinated are 2 1/4 times more likely to get it than people who have been vaccinated and the symptoms are MORE SEVERE NOT LESS.
