#8 El Arroyo’s gets it!
Let’s be honest, some of these funny signs are actually just good marketing ploys made by owners or managers. After all, some are way too good to be true, and they could have taken a page out of the good ole’ internet: sometimes you don’t need to have original joke if the delivery is amazing.
Not the best advice out there, but for some, it worked perfectly. This Texan chain decided to make themselves known by having funny signs outside their restaurants, and it definitely worked in their favor. From self-deprecating jokes to having old classics on their signs, everyone knows about them!
This one might just be one of our favorites and it’s so true, if you think a second too much about it, it becomes sad.
It was never meant to be a career !!
Reminds me of a sign I saw years ago outside a restaurant in Oregon or northern California at the end of a row of businesses just before the street turned into the country highway:
Eat Here or We Both Starve
I couldn’t get past #2…bucket, and still puzzling on that.
??
Yes hilarious
I suspect this was deliberate. Used that instead of “penny.”
Don’t be so serious! It’s actually funny! 😆
send more I’m in pain
These are too funny. Definitely need humor in this day and age.
INDEED!
“Try Our New Crap”! Hilarious!
My brother-in-law worked for a dry cleaner that also washed your laundry for you while you work, in his younger years. The boss had him put up the following…”Ladies who drop their clothes, get special attention.”
Hilarious
