You might know this already, but putting your hands behind your back or hiding them in your pockets during a job interview is not exactly a good idea. In fact, it can block movement and will make you appear rigid and distant.

Also, it might make your interviewer assume that you’re not honest, or you might have something to hide because people usually try to appear smaller when they’re not telling the truth.
