Gene Simmons kisses his wife Shannon Tweed in their traditional kissing style in 2012 at a Playboy event. Simmons and the former playboy model Tweed have been together since 1983 and have 2 children. They finally wed in 2011. Shannon Tweed was one of the most successful former Playmates in history, launching a movie career that spanned 2 decades. A lot of the films are softcore, and most of them done while she was with Simmons, but she eventually retired around 2000 from such films. Simmons has been with his band KISS for over 40 years. He actually speaks 5 languages, including Hebrew, German, Japanese, Hungarian, and of course English and was even a 6th grade teacher for a bit before becoming a rock star. One of the best parts about Simmons is, despite countless women in his life which he freely admits too, he never drinks or does drugs. In fact, its his lone condition when signing any contract that the other party never ever does drugs. Considering the era they started in, that is quite impressive for him and his band.
