HOME OWNERSHIP
The rate of home ownership among Americans under the age of 35 is a mere 34.1 percent – that’s the lowest in three decades. And that isn’t because young Americans don’t want to own their own homes; it’s because 18- to 34-year-olds today can’t afford to. (And no, it has nothing to do with avocado toast.)

Were you aware that today’s coinage is JUNK METAL?
Making junk-metal coinage out of valuable metals…
Any paper money, including American paper money is intrinsically worthless, but so is our current coinage!
When you take valuable metals and forge them together into a useless conglomerate, that otherwise becomes worthless for any known industrial purposes.
If melted down, it would cost more to separate the metals back into their original components, than the original values of the individual metals.
