Sweat
Yeah, I know, it’s weird, but sweat allergy is also real. If you tend to experience urticaria, or otherwise known as breaking out in hives, on a hot, humid day, you might be allergic to your own sweat. Strange, right?
As Richard Lavi, MD, of the Allergy Asthma & Sinus Relief Center in Twinsburg, Ohio, has explained, this allergy tends to appear out of nowhere, and it’s known as cholinergic urticaria. You know you’re allergic to sweat where you experience little itching bumps on your skin.
The good news, however, is that they will disappear immediately after you cool down.
