She fell in love with running after she participated in the Komen Race for the Cure in the 1990s, a race for breast cancer awareness and research funding. Nowadays it is said her exercise regimen included a five days a week five mile run and weight training, as she strives to keep active.

Despite being a doctor in education and a devoted mother, Jill Biden is a prankster and loves humor.
