8. Louisville Slugger Baseball Bats
Located in Kentucky, this brand was first putting products on display in 1855. It started as a family business, a woodworking shop to be more exact, and it would later become an empire which sold millions of baseball bats.
What is funny though is that J. F. Hillerich, the owner of the shop, didn’t even want to manufacture baseball bats in the first place, his son, Bud, who happened to play baseball, convinced him otherwise.
166 years later and the small woodworking shop ended up being a multi million company.
If you are interested in buying a ,,made in USA” bat, we recommend this one: Louisville Slugger.
