Lake Mackenzie along the Routeburn Track, South Island, New Zealand. The Routeburn is a popular 20 mile trek through the Southern Alps. There are four maintained huts along the Routeburn, including one right next to Lake Mackenzie. The trek crosses through both Mount Aspiring National Park and Fjordland National Park.
