Every state across the country is at least in its first stage or is now re-opening. And as some tend to advance to later stages, some states see COVID-19 case numbers that leave them questioning whether going forward too fast could put their people at risk. Significant increases in recorded coronavirus cases indicate that continuing re-opening can be very dangerous in many states. As a consequence, officials in these four states have agreed to delay their re-opening in an attempt to prevent the numbers of their states from hitting alarming levels again.
