“Whether you call this chair Arts and Crafts, Mission, or Craftsman, it’s really cute,” says Heritage Auction’s Marsha Dixey. “However I don’t believe Stickley made chairs with the type of design features-the cutouts, for instance-of your rocker, so I wouldn’t expect there to be a maker mark embossed in the wood.” The chair is in good condition though, and worth holding onto.
