I believe the young man is at fault, because he was obstructing justice with his Big Mouth. It would be so simple if he just didn’t try to make this police officer like a fool.
Take his sorry gangbanger, thug ass to jail, he’s not showing any respect to Law Enforcement at all. He should at least ‘comply’ with producing License, Registration, and Proof of Insurance if required. He’s just acting a little too overzealous if it were me in the Officer’s position he would go to jail.
There’s no doubt in my mind this punk ass kid was at fault. He totally disrespected the Law and the Police Officer. He’s mouthy as hell and should get an ass whipping on his way to jail. If I was the arresting Officer, that’s exactly what he would get.
