Wearing face masks
As with the previous point about having to wear a mask just to go shopping, it might become more prevalent in our everyday life. Countries like France and Italy have recently mandated that their citizens wear masks even when they are walking in public spaces.
The practice of wearing face masks in public places has been commonplace in many Asian countries for a number of years but the West might struggle to see this as a normal, everyday thing. Although, the masks are fool proof in stopping people from contracting the virus, many studies have clearly shown that they are effective in stemming the spread. So, like it or not, grabbing your mask before leaving your house might become as common as remembering your keys, wallet and phone.
