#Worth Buying: Winter Clothes

This might be the best time of the year to put your hand on winter clothes at a great price. Therefore, thanks to Black Friday, you can keep yourself and your loved ones warm this winter, without having to empty your bank account.

You can find good deals on puffers and quilted jackets, as they will be on sale this year. According to says Katie Smith, retail analysis and insights director at EDITED, “Retailers increased the number of these products they stock by 18.7 percent, and so far, discounting and sellouts are behind on last year.”

Additionally, prices will be very low this year on Black Friday, as many retailers want to clear their overstock. So, I call it a win-win situation.

  • Kohl’s: You can fin up to 70% off new markdowns.
  • Columbia: Black Friday sale! Get 40% off almost everything + free shipping when you spend $99.
  • Maurices: Lots of early Black Friday doorbuster deals online on sherpa, fleece, and more.

#Worth Buying: Time-specific travel

If you’re willing to travel this year considering the coronavirus pandemic, you should know that you can find the best deals on Black Friday. According to Travelzoo senior editor Gabe Saglie, you can find time-specific sales from hotels and rental cat companies if you’re interested in traveling in 2020.

“Ski destinations, for example, which see peak visitor numbers December through March, are likely to push Black Friday/Cyber Monday bargains for their ‘need’ periods, which are the first and last few weeks of the ski season.”

You can find offers starting from late November to mid-December, and late March to mid-April, so now it’s the best time to book your next trip, Saglie says.
