Apparently, Melania misses her old life.
According to an insider that spoke to Rob Shuter on his podcast Naughty But Nice, the first lady wants her old life back. “For the past four years, Melania has missed her life in New York,” the source claimed. “She loves the city and the lifestyle she used to have and cannot wait to get it back at Trump Tower. She basically put her life on hold to be with her husband in D.C. She never wanted any of this.”
Nonetheless, the idea that Melania never wanted a political life is definitely far from the truth, as family close sources have mentioned that she was very involved in her husband’s political career from day one. She was always there for him, even in 1999 when he said on the Larry King Live show that he will run for president one day. Therefore, she was used to the idea that she will be the first lady one day, as she even mentioned that she always knew that when he ran, he would definitely win the election.
However, now that her husband’s presidency is over, it’s time for their family to move on, and Melania cannot wait to get back to her old life, especially for their son, Barron. But Trump might not join them in New York City, as he plans to move to Mar-a-Lago, according to OK! Magazine. He even tweeted on October 12th, 2020 that ‘New York has gone to hell’, so he might not plan to go back there with his family.

They will I’m sure always have their Trump Tower home but they are now officially residents of Florida not New York. They have actually been permanent residents of Florida for over a year now. Ivanka and Jared also purchased a 30 million dollar piece of property in Florida. So possibly they also may be in Florida more. I’m sure they will also keep their home in NYC. As will Don Jr and Eric and their wonderful families. However perhaps Eric and his lovely family may move down to the North Carolina( at least for part of the time) so Laura Trump can run for office. Don’t forget the Trumps have homes in several places including New Jersey, upstate NY, NYC and Florida. BTW I don’t think any of the Trumps or quite frankly anyone with enough money to leave NYC ( which thousands and thousands have done)are planning on coming back anytime soon!! Unfortunately the Democrats have managed to yet again ruin the Greatest City in the world!! It is now officially a crap hole and seems to only be getting worse day by day!!
