5. Nebraska
Nebraska never issued a nationwide shelter-in-place order but issued a Directed Health Measure that limited those non-essential businesses for a period of time. Nevertheless, according to the State Health Department, all counties except Dakota, Hall, Hamilton, and Merrick are in phase II of the re-opening of plans.
This implies that bars, restaurants, gyms, salons, and wedding venues are all permitted to run at a capacity of 50 percent, and general meetings of less than 25 people are permitted as well. As of June 10, the state had almost 15,900 positive coronavirus cases and more than 190 deaths. The highest number of new cases for a single day was on 7 May, with 677 new cases.

Good for them. I suspect it was.primarily because they didnt have the population most states are dealing with.
California gets the Fool Retard Award! Gov. DumbAsDirt locked down 40 million people, close everything except his favorite beauty parlor and has single handedly BANKRUPTED the 7th largest economy in the entire world. Con-Graduations Gavin you are now a 1 term governor..
Nancy, you can’t be serious. Can you imagine what the numbers would have been if there was no lock-down order.
Nancy how are you doing now. Last I heard California is on a big uptick with the coronavirus. I guess it is because of people like you.
I would give that award to you… just sayin…
Nancy is a TOTAL ‘Karen!’
If anything it shows you were not to live in the future and how your vote for a governor is huge! Vote them out. We should have never shut down its evident now. Such a waste of the economy and mental health etc. etc.. FEAR is so motivating and the general public follows the mother duck oh too easily.
