We’ll be better at washing our hands
If there’s one thing that the coronavirus issue has thought people, is how to wash their hands properly and more often than they did before, in order to prevent the spread of the virus. Our hands should be wash vigorously for 20 seconds, as often as we can, or use a hand sanitizer with an alcohol content of at least 60 percent when we don’t have access to a sink.
Until now, a recent study has revealed that 40 percent of Americans don’t always wash their hands before going to the restroom, so this is clearly an area where we need improvement.
Hopefully, after this outbreak is over, we’ll keep the proper handwashing habits.
However, we should have been doing the proper handwashing even if this virus hadn’t existed. But if something good can be learned from this virus, it will be the fact that more people will become more aware of the importance of hygiene, and will make it a habit from now on.
