The final “yellow” state Jha urges to scale back re-opening is West Virginia, which— like Missouri— recently appeared on Covid Act Now’s “critical” list. That’s because West Virginia has the highest rate of infection of any country at 1.42. There are currently more than 4,240 cases of COVID in West Virginia and about 95 deaths have occurred.
