What You Shouldn’t Eat Before COVID-19 Vaccination, According to Study

You probably know by now what’s healthy and what’s not, even when you don’t always reach for the food that’s good for your body. We can’t deny that unhealthy foods are way more delicious, but they also come with a lot of risks.

I assume it’s no surprise to anyone that preservative-packed foods aren’t exactly good for our health, but it can be worse than that. A new study has discovered that not only these foods are unhealthy, but they can also affect your immune system.

In fact, two chemicals are especially dangerous when it comes to people’s health. According to a recent study from the Environmental Working Group (EWG) the two chemicals that should be avoided at all costs are tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ), and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

Unfortunately, these two chemicals are found in more than 1,250 popular foods, including Pop-Tarts, Cheez-Its, Rice Krispies Treats, and others. Read on to discover why you should stop eating these foods before the COVID-19 vaccination!
