Puma and Adidas
You probably wonder what has Puma and Adidas to do with sibling rivalry. Well, this is an actual sibling rivalry that many people have no idea about.
It all started when two German brothers, Adolf and Rudolf Dassler owned a shoe company together in their mothers’ laundry room, back in the 1920s. Ass their business continued to develop and grow, the tension between them became more and more present as well. WWII officially split them up, Adolf started Adidas, while his brother Rudolf created Puma.
This sibling feud, and the reason that started it, is one of our favorite silly conflicts that changed history.
