She was also the icon of the 1960s and 1970s, and I think we can all remember her in One Million Years B.C. (1966) wearing a doe-skin bikini that soon became one of the best-selling posters at that time.

In 1995, she was chosen by Empire magazine as one of the “100 Sexiest Stars in Film History”. Welch was also ranked No. 3 by Playboy on their “100 Sexiest Stars of the Twentieth Century” list. Moreover, in 2011, Men’s Health nominated her as No. 2 in its “Hottest Women of All Time” list.

She became famous for her roles in Bye Bye Birdie (1963), Viva Las Vegas (1964), The Cincinnati Kid (1965), Carnal Knowledge (1971), The Train Robbers (1973), Tommy (1975), Grumpy Old Men (1993), Grumpier Old Men (1995), and All’s Faire in Love (2009).

She was known as being one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood back in the day, classy, sophisticated, elegant, and sexy. Even today, at 78 years old, she’s still very beautiful and glamorous, proving that her beauty is timeless.
