7. “I don’t really watch TV.”
Just because it’s streaming on a computer, and not to your wall-mounted flatscreen, doesn’t mean it’s not still a TV. More often than not, this is a lie that you tell yourself— that because you pick what to watch rather than let cable or network channels decide what you watch, you ‘re not just watching TV. But it’s actually the same thing.
8. “I’m almost finished.”
Let’s be honest. Don’t you really mean you haven’t even started doing that?
