FleurBurger
FleurBurger can be found at Fleur, in Las Vegas, and it’s worth $5,000 per serving. The extravagant burger was created out of competition by chef Hubert Keller in 2005 when he noticed that Daniel Boulud had a fancy burger that was $100.
So, he decided to create something unseen and extravagant in order to beat it. Therefore, the FleurBurger is made with beef, but also has foie gras and truffles on top of the meat, and the bun is also made with truffle for extra taste.
However, what makes the burger so expensive is the fact that Keller included a bottle of 1995 Chateau Petrus wine and crystal stemware glasses for anyone who orders the burger. The restaurant sold 26 FleurBurgers so far. Would you buy one?
