You let your neighbors have a little fun here and there.
Even though you might love peace and quiet around the neighborhood, and you’re not making noise yourself as previously mentioned, you still understand that there will be occasions when your neighbors will throw parties or gather with their entire family. And that’s ok because we need reasons to celebrate from time to time.
However, if the music is too loud and they keep the party going even after midnight, a good neighbor will ask them to move the party inside, instead of dialing 911 immediately, especially if this doesn’t happen every day, and they’re usually nice neighbors.
Try to be reasonable, even though you’re usually respectfully quiet. After all, there will probably be times when you’ll host a party for your teenage daughter, and your neighbors will have nothing against it.
