Try to set realistic morning goals that can be achievable

Watson recommends setting realistic morning goals that can be achieved without making you feel stressed or anxious, or to-do lists for the day with a limited number of tasks. If you’re planning on doing too many things all at once, you’ll only end up disappointed and want to quit if things don’t work out as you wish.

Establish a routine that can be followed every day without making you feel more stressed than you should be. Don’t pressure yourself to do the impossible.

“Your routine should be the bare-bones basics that you need to complete to keep life running smoothly before you rush out the door. If you have other must-do tasks each day, think about how you can simplify or spread them out differently on your schedule.”

Prep your food the night before

“I personally am now in the process of starting food prep… and it’s revolutionary and helpful to know what you’re going to eat each day,” says Wolf.

This is indeed a life savior for most people because let’s face it, no one has the time or the mood to cook in the morning. You can either plan your meals for two or three days and cook it in advance or simply prepare what you want to eat for breakfast.

For example, an easy breakfast idea that even your kids will love is porridge. And the best part about it is that it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, and you can keep it in the fridge and serve it with some fresh fruits in the morning.
