Gov. Asa Hutchinson questioned the possibility of a statewide shelter-in-place order at the beginning of April, calling other state orders “an illusion,” the Arkansas Times reported. However, some businesses have been closed for a while, despite no shelter-in-place order.
However, as of May 18, large indoor venues, including movie theaters, concert halls, and entertainment centers, were allowed to open in the state, operating at a 33 percent capacity. The first post-pandemic concert took place in Fort Smith, Arkansas, on May 18. To date, the Arkansas Department of Health has registered almost 10,370 cases of coronavirus in the state, resulting in more than 160 deaths.

Good for them. I suspect it was.primarily because they didnt have the population most states are dealing with.
California gets the Fool Retard Award! Gov. DumbAsDirt locked down 40 million people, close everything except his favorite beauty parlor and has single handedly BANKRUPTED the 7th largest economy in the entire world. Con-Graduations Gavin you are now a 1 term governor..
Nancy, you can’t be serious. Can you imagine what the numbers would have been if there was no lock-down order.
Nancy how are you doing now. Last I heard California is on a big uptick with the coronavirus. I guess it is because of people like you.
I would give that award to you… just sayin…
Nancy is a TOTAL ‘Karen!’
If anything it shows you were not to live in the future and how your vote for a governor is huge! Vote them out. We should have never shut down its evident now. Such a waste of the economy and mental health etc. etc.. FEAR is so motivating and the general public follows the mother duck oh too easily.
