The 55-year-old actress made a post on Instagram sharing that she tested positive for the novel coronavirus on March 21. She explained that it all began with her family members feeling sick, and then, she started feeling “super intense body aches, and 102.4 fever.”

She wanted to text her followers for their well wishes and expressed that she’s feeling fine, experiencing mild coronavirus symptoms. “Thank you all for reaching out via text, e-mail, Instagram,” Mazar said. “I am feeling a lot better. I’m not 100 percent, but this virus really kicks your [expletive]. It really does.”

The actress continued, “I can breath, and I’m going to heal here, in my own home! My family is under quarantine for 14 days. They have no symptoms. I think we all had it possibly already?Who knows.”

The 36-year-old Broadway actor, tested positive for COVID-19 on March 23. He initially thought he caught a cold or that it might be spring allergies. After getting tested, he was one of the first people in New York who have gotten the virus. After that, the craziness began.

“I consider myself extremely lucky that my symptoms have been very mild – cold-like with no fever – as so many are experiencing much more serious symptoms, because this is a very dangerous virus,” he wrote.

“One thing I have been experiencing is the loss of taste and smell, which I think is a big sign for people who are otherwise asymptotic,” the Broadway star added.
Moreover, he wrote a post on Instagram where he encouraged his followers to be extra careful and stay safe during these harsh times.

“This can affect anyone and even if you aren’t feeling sick or showing drastic symptoms — please take heed, stay safe, stay healthy and I hope to see everyone at the theater again soon,” he said.
