The latest outbreaks in the state of Ohio prompted Gov. Mike DeWine to issue a mandatory statewide mask order on July 22. Part of the rise is predominantly in Cleveland and the area surrounding Cuyahoga County. On 22 July, Cleveland reported 70 new COVID cases, taking the number up to 3,812.
