Franklin County, where the Ohio state capital is located, has seen new COVID cases almost quadruple since last month, according to state-reported data. 96 new cases were registered in Franklin County on 1 June and the county registered 361 new cases on 13 July. Nevertheless, new cases seem to be decreasing in recent days.
