Oklahoma, which only mandated initial coronavirus lockdown orders in several areas of the state, saw a significant spike in new cases during June and July, with only four active cases recorded on June 1 and 406 new active cases reported on July 1. The state is now recording a 13.7 new daily infections per 100,000 people, with 18,496 reported cases and 410 deaths throughout the state.
