There’s no need to take a COVID-19 test before vaccination.
While it’s true that it’s not recommended to take the vaccine against COVID-19 if you’re experiencing symptoms and believe you’re infected with the virus, there’s no need to get tested when there aren’t any symptoms.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), COVID-19 viral testing or serologic testing is not recommended before vaccination when you’re symptom-free.
