Joe Biden

We all know President Joe Biden’s current wife, Jill Biden, however, some may remember that he had been married before finding Jill and that unfortunately that marriage was marked by tragedy. His first wife, Neilia, had been driving with their three children in the backseat when a tractor trailer hit their car. Even if their sons, Beau and Hunter survived the accident relatively unscathed, both his wife and their one year old daughter, Naomi, were killed in the accident.

Mia Farrow

It isn’t often that tragedy strikes twice, but for Mia Farrow and her children, it seems like Lady Luck did not want to visit for too long. The actress lost two of her children, her adopted daughter Tam, aged 19, died in 2000, due to heart failure, while her biological daughter, Lark, died at the end of 2008. For as much success as she had acting, it seems like she also had misfortunes.

Johnny Carson

Johnny Carson was a beloved TV host, comedian, writer, and producer, and he was probably best known for being the host of The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson, which aired for an impressive 30 years. However, as much as he delighted us on the screen, the story of his son’s death is tragic. His son, Richard, passed in a car accident in 1991, and, as if this was not tragic enough, Carson was there when it happened. Johnny Carson was taking pictures right at the moment of the accident so it must have been even more traumatic when it happened.
