#1 Photos of bruises that were allegedly caused by Depp were shown as evidence!
There was a photo presented to the court that showed Heard taking a selfie in a mirror, and on her arm there was quite a lot of bruising. She detailed what happened before the picture was taken, alleging that it was the repercussions of the situation. The two apparently got into an argument, and Depp slapped her. When she walked away from him, he became even angrier, and it all escalated into a shouting match.
Heard claimed that she could tell from his body language that he was about to hit her again, so she threw a vase at him before she ran away from the room, but the actor caught up with her. He allegedly held her to the floor, which is why her arm sported that bruise and continuously hit her across the face.
According to Heard, she couldn’t believe that this was happening to her “again.”

Heard described how their relationship built up until they decided to get married. They apparently visited many of Depp’s properties around the world, “hiding” away in them and building small secret bubbles for themselves only. It sounds like something from a fairytale, especially since she also talked about how a few days after they started being serious with one another Depp made a makeshift ring from the foil of a bottle.
He apparently showered her with lavish gifts and experiences, including trips to the Bahamas and she felt he was “overly generous”. Even went as far as to say that he was just as generous to her close friend group, including them on trips and taking them out to “exotic places with food”. Sounds like a totally different person compared to how she describes him after.
