#5 Heard claimed that Depp allegedly told her that the only way she could get out of their marriage was if she DIED!
When it came to their marriage, Heard said that there were problems even before they became married. She brought up the idea that it would be good to have a pre-nuptial agreement and apparently Depp flipped due to it. According to her testimony, she said Depp’s reaction was to say that if she ever came to him with such papers, he would tear them up immediately, following up with the troubling statement that “any way out of this is death.”
Yikes, talk about being creepy, if we are to take her words as completely true. According to her, Depp was completely against the idea of a pre-nuptial agreement, even going as far as to claim she was looking for a way out of their marriage before they even committed to the thing. It’s surprising since last month, during Depp’s testimony, he claimed Heard flipped out when he brought up a post-nuptial agreement.
Things are far from over, as Heard’s testimony is set to continue on the 16th of May, where she will be cross-examined by Depp’s attorneys.
