3. Trader Joe’s “Everything but the Bagel” seasoning
Seasonings are cheap and very good at Trader Joe’s. Probably the best famous seasoning they offer is the “Everything but the Bagel” seasoning made from white and black sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sea salt flakes, dried garlic, and dried onions. If you haven’t tried it yet, you should.
“I love the Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend — it’s my favorite add-on any time I toast or warm-up bread,” said Brad Warner, executive chef of Bodega Negra at Dream Downtown, NYC.
“I take pita or lavash, brush the bread with a little olive oil, and sprinkle it with this seasoning blend for a quick and easy snack in minutes,” he added.
4. Trader Joe’s gyozas
If you don’t know what gyozas are, they’re basically Chinese dumplings and you can find them in the frozen food section. Chef Erven seems to swear by them, so if you wanna try gyozas, you know where you can find them.
“My wife and I eat these almost every week,” said Nick Erven, executive chef of Antihero in Ferndale, Michigan. “They cook quickly, and taste really, really good.”
