As Leslie Kalk has explained, even though this might not seem like a very big issue in the modern world, not respecting this etiquette rule might be seen as rude by the restaurant staff. The men should allow the ladies at the table to always order first.
In case the ladies are not ready or haven’t figured out just yet what to eat, then men are allowed to order first, but only in this situation, otherwise, women have priority.
You’re taking your problems out on the waitstaff.
Being rude to the waiter is just not acceptable. While it’s true that the waitstaff is working on making your stay as pleasant as possible, you need to show them some respect and treat them with patience and understanding. While I definitely do not recommend accepting poor service, but you should avoid taking your own problems out on your waiter.
You can find other ways to solve the problem (if there is one) without having to be rude to the waitstaff.
We don’t want to talk ill of anyone, but…..

Only N95 masks and others of medical grade are marginally effective at blocking the 1 micron virus… The cloth and paper masks are useless, and the only purpose they serve is to show obedience..
To the ones pulling the strings , it is all about control..

Most of these are common courtesy to anyone who has common sense. Granted, that is becoming more and more rare with each generation. However, not making a toast and clinking glasses? Seriously? This person must have been brought up in a very bland and passionless lifestyle.
