Stop Doing These Rude Things Every Time You Go to a Restaurant

You’re letting your children do whatever they want.

While it’s understandable that kids will be kids, and they will be curious and want to do a lot of fun stuff while you’re enjoying your meal, it’s your job to look after them. As a parent, you’ll have to deal with a lot of unpleasant situations in public, so you need to learn how to handle them.

According to Diane Gottsman, national etiquette expert, author of “Modern Etiquette for a Better Life” and founder of The Protocol School of Texas, it’s rude to let your kids scream or have a very loud tantrum without at least trying to solve the situation.

Try to calm down your children and find something interesting for them to play with while sitting at the table. Or, if your kids are usually cranky in public, it would be better to leave them at home. But try not to blame them if they’re noisy, after all, they’re just kids.

Or, many people allow their kids to play on their phones or watch cartoons while they’re eating, but this might not be the best approach either, Rossi said.

This next one doesn’t stack up very well…..

  1. Only N95 masks and others of medical grade are marginally effective at blocking the 1 micron virus… The cloth and paper masks are useless, and the only purpose they serve is to show obedience..
To the ones pulling the strings , it is all about control..
But , by all means , be a good sheep and don’t get in trouble…

I’ve probably just been flagged and marked ))

  2. Most of these are common courtesy to anyone who has common sense. Granted, that is becoming more and more rare with each generation. However, not making a toast and clinking glasses? Seriously? This person must have been brought up in a very bland and passionless lifestyle.

  3. so helpful, two things that I have been guilty, stacking dishes and utensils, thinking I am being helpful, and arguing over the check. lessons learned…..thank youl
