You’re asking waitstaff why their website is not working properly.
Even though restaurant employees are there to serve and help you, asking them about important, big-picture issues is pointless, since they’re not the ones handling the website and probably have no idea how to make it work.
In fact, by asking them those kinds of questions, you’re making them distracted from their actual work, Leslie Kalk explained. Lecturing the staff for things that are just not up to them is not only rude, but it’s also offensive to the other customers that might not be getting their order because you’re keeping the waiter busy.
“Instead, ask yourself if the complaint you’re about to share is one for which they might have a solution or be able to make a change. If not, ask for the email address of a manager, owner, or executive who can address your concern,” she added.
You shouldn’t take a part in the next one…..

Only N95 masks and others of medical grade are marginally effective at blocking the 1 micron virus… The cloth and paper masks are useless, and the only purpose they serve is to show obedience..
To the ones pulling the strings , it is all about control..
But , by all means , be a good sheep and don’t get in trouble…
I’ve probably just been flagged and marked ))
Agreed, Daryl. But people just follow along.
Most of these are common courtesy to anyone who has common sense. Granted, that is becoming more and more rare with each generation. However, not making a toast and clinking glasses? Seriously? This person must have been brought up in a very bland and passionless lifestyle.
so helpful, two things that I have been guilty, stacking dishes and utensils, thinking I am being helpful, and arguing over the check. lessons learned…..thank youl
Wearing masks IS NOT A LAW!
It’s a regulation that in most places has the force of law.
you’re blowing your nose!
Must be a very pissed off wait person that wrote this very stupid article.
