Clinking glasses together to make a toast.
As many etiquette experts have explained, even though making a toast would be considered a great moment in a movie, in real life not so much. In fact, it is considered a big no-no and a very rude gesture, Parker explains.
The reason for it would be that glasses can easily break, so Parker would recommend raising the glass and saying cheers instead. Also, don’t look at other people over the glass while you’re drinking, she added.

Only N95 masks and others of medical grade are marginally effective at blocking the 1 micron virus… The cloth and paper masks are useless, and the only purpose they serve is to show obedience..
To the ones pulling the strings , it is all about control..
But , by all means , be a good sheep and don’t get in trouble…
I’ve probably just been flagged and marked ))
Agreed, Daryl. But people just follow along.
Most of these are common courtesy to anyone who has common sense. Granted, that is becoming more and more rare with each generation. However, not making a toast and clinking glasses? Seriously? This person must have been brought up in a very bland and passionless lifestyle.
so helpful, two things that I have been guilty, stacking dishes and utensils, thinking I am being helpful, and arguing over the check. lessons learned…..thank youl
