7. “The Old Guitarist”
”The old guitarist” made by Pablo Picasso in the early 1900s represents an old man holding a guitar and it’s seen as one of the most appreciated works of art of his Blue Period.
Some researchers discovered in 1998 using an infrared camera that there is another painting hidden underneath this one, which represents a woman’s portrait. Now that the painting and it’s colors are fading, it is easier to see her face underneath this one.
