Massachusetts is also on the list of states that have seen major spikes in the number of coronavirus cases. In the last two weeks, the state has seen a 67 percent increase, therefore, Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker has implemented a lot of new measures and restrictions. He made masks mandatory in the state in both indoor and outdoor spaces, he introduces stay-at-home orders during night time between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Moreover, restaurants, bars, gyms, theaters, cinemas, and casinos are required to close at 9:30 p.m. each night. According to Baker, COVID-19 has brought a lot of tough decisions, difficulties, and tragedies to the table for the whole country (and the world). The state’s main goal is keeping the schools and businesses open.
10. Connecticut
Last month, Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont urged people to stay at home as much as possible and limit international travel. Since then, things have become even worse in the state considering that the number of new infections has increased by 86 percent, as data from The New York Times has shown.
The new restrictions have limited the restaurant capacity by 50 percent and moved closing hours to 9:30 p.m. Additionally, no more than 25 people are allowed to participate in indoor activities, and 50 outdoors. Also, religious gatherings in the state are limited to a 50 percent capacity or a maximum of 100 people.
According to Lamont, these restrictions must be followed in order to avoid implementing other restrictions more severe later. He also urges people to stay at home and follow all the measures in order to prevent the spread of the virus.
11. Illinois
Illinois is currently seeing a 111 percent increase in the last two weeks, as data from The New York times has shown. Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker has announced more serious restrictions, such as forbidding indoor dining in restaurants and bars after 11 p.m. and limiting gatherings to no more than 25 participants or 25 percent of overall room capacity.
“The situation has worsened considerably in certain areas of the state, with massive increases in the rates of community transmission,” Pritzker said in a statement on Nov. 9. Additionally, all the restrictions must be taken seriously in order to stay safe, help curb the spread of the virus, and keep schools and businesses open as much as possible.
12. Idaho
The situation in Idaho is not very good, so state officials decided to limit indoor gathering to no more than 50 people, and outdoor gatherings are limited to a 25 percent capacity. According to Idaho Gov. Brad Little, things have changed for the worst in the state, and Idaho is now in a critical phase.

I’m ashamed of Kim Reynolds. Most Iowans have already been doing what is right in public; she honored us by trusting us to do so. Now, she is becoming someone I don’t trust. Around the globe, lockdown populations vs non-lockdown populations are showing quite identical results. So why the lockdowns???
Overall, most are run by Democrats and the ones run by Republicans will do it in a responsible way!

When you see mail in ballots and 99.9% were for Biden it only confirms my suspicion of an illicit campaign. How can we prevent our country from being taken over by Socialism and the Communism?

Haven’t you all heard it has been proven that masks don’t work at all!!!! The survival rate on this virus is about 99.99 on people under 30 and 99.8 on people 35 to 55 and about 98.7 on healthy people 55 to 70. the odds are good above 70 too if you don’t have health problems that predispose you to having more trouble. It is those people of which I am one that needs to stay away from crowds, have your groceries delivered, order some good books delivered from Amazon, try a new recipe or two or garden if you are in a warm state. The majority of people need to get back to work and save our small businesses which are the lifeblood of our country. What we have to WAKE UP to is the Democrat party used fear tactics to hype this virus up to plague proportions to manipulate us into giving up our freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution. No more people have died from this than the flu. They lumped flu deaths in with Covid to up the death count and also heart attack victims, car and motorcycle deaths ect. This whole thing is a sad hoax.
If the medical experts say that’s what we need we need to follow their recommendations to beat this awful vires. That includes Louisiana.

Typical liberal democrat response. You cannot lockdown. People have bills that must be paid. Do you think the government is going to pay your bills. Will you pay my bills. Of course not. I’m going to work, I’ll wear a mask I’ll even wash my hands, but if you think that lockdowns and those things will end this virus you are sadly mistaken.
Masks don’t really work. I’ve done the research. Keeping distance and washing your hands does. Protect the most vulnerable and let the rest of us live our lives normally.
Show the evidence of your research. Masks do work. Why do you think health professionals have been wearing masks all these years while working with their patients during procedures? All the evidence I have seen says they work to reduce the risks….

So, if masks work, if social distancing works, if sanitizing carts, hands, etc., works, if staying home works, then why the increase? He has accomplished a lot in the four years he was in office and would have done more if those Democrats had been worried about this country instead of being bought out by China.
