3. “My phone died.”
If you get texts from two different friends that propose two different plans and can’t make a decision you ‘d like to make, this is an efficient method to get out of trying to make any decision at all. You just ignore both of them and send this text along the next day.
4. “My phone’s been acting weird.”
A strong back-up to “my phone died,” this lie is pretty damn good to clarify anything— an email that you ignored, a voicemail that you never answered, or a text that you sent and regret. Just blame the phone for that!
